Using business as a force for good.
Bridge to Good is The Bridge International and CXO2's social enterprise foundation — connecting our skills, resources, and networks with organisations close to our hearts.
Why we built this.
Giving back has always been part of how we work. Long before Bridge to Good existed as a foundation, the people of The Bridge and CXO2 were volunteering their time, sharing their skills, and supporting causes that matter - from mental health to cancer care to aged support.
What changed in late 2024 was not our intent. It was our commitment to doing it properly. Bridge to Good gives us the structure to do more, more consistently - to move from ad hoc acts of generosity to sustained, meaningful partnerships with organisations on the frontline of social impact.
We are not a marketing exercise. We are a business that believes it has a responsibility to use what it has - expertise, networks, time, and resources - for good.
Four ways we contribute.
Bridge to Good is built around four modes of support.
We bring all of them to bear, depending on where our partners need us most.
Skills-based volunteering
Our people bring real expertise - in strategy, CX, process design, technology, and transformation - and apply it directly where it creates impact. This is not box-ticking. It is substantive, practitioner-led support.
Pro bono consulting
We commit formal consulting engagements to our charity partners at no cost. From process reviews to operating model design, we work alongside their teams as we would any client - with the same rigour and the same care.
Fundraising and events
We participate in and support our partners' signature events - from fun runs to charity challenges - showing up as a team, raising funds, and helping build the awareness these organisations depend on.
Advocacy
We use our networks, our platforms, and our voice to amplify the work of our partners. Because important work should not be invisible.
Our partners
Three partnerships. One commitment.
We work with three strategic charity partners - organisations whose missions align with our values and where we believe our contribution can make a genuine difference.
Cancer Council NSW
Cancer affects almost every Australian family. We have been working alongside Cancer Council NSW as a partner, providing pro bono consulting and skills-based volunteering to teams including Cancer Information Support Services and Supporter Care - services that directly reach people going through treatment and their loved ones.
We have also walked the 7 Bridges Walk as a team - one of Cancer Council NSW's signature fundraising events - and continue to explore how our expertise in CX, process design and technology can help them better serve the people who need them.
Lifeline Australia
Lifeline responded to more than 1.32 million help seeker contacts across their phone, web chat and text services in FY25.
Behind that number are people in crisis, reaching out. Our work with Lifeline Australia focuses on their Unified Help Project - providing pro bono EPMO advisory and business mentoring support to help them run more effectively, so they can keep showing up when it matters most.
We have also supported Lifeline through the Push-Up Challenge, and have nominated Lifeline as our chosen charity in endurance events including the Sydney Half Marathon and City to Surf - our team getting involved to raise funds and awareness of mental health across Australia
"We are incredibly grateful for this support - ensuring Lifeline remains an accessible, life-saving service."

Dementia Australia
Around 446,500 Australians are living with dementia today. Dementia Australia exists to improve their lives and the lives of everyone who cares for them. We support Dementia Australia through participation in the Memory Walk & Jog - their national fundraising event.
